Limousine policies
To assure you're recieving the best possible service we would like you to look over the following
company policies.
Deposit
A 25% deposit is required to hold all reservations. A seven day grace period is given
for full refund. After this period the deposit is non-refundable.
Chauffeur Gratuity
A 20% driver gratuity will be added to the total for all contracts.
Methods of payment
Cash, checks, and most major credit cards (MC, Visa, AMEX, Discover, and Debit Cards).
All checks must be cleared for payment 7 days prior to our service. Any remaining balance is due prior to departure
of first pick-up except with prior arrangements.
Extended Time
If your service should extend beyond the contracted time, the remaining time will be charged
in 1/2 hour increments. This charge will fully be explained again by the chauffeur well in advance
so as there is no confusion.
Multiple Stops
All stops should be prearranged with the booking agent prior to your event. Unscheduled
stops are at the discretion of the chauffeur.
Damage to vehicles
Any damage to vehicles will be the sole responsibility of the client signing the contract.
There will be an additional $350.00 fee added to the contract for any unusual clean up of the vehicle. This policy
will be explained again by the chauffeur prior to departure so as all passengers fully understand the policy. The client will
be asked to sign a contract that all occupants fully understand this policy, and in addition passengers will
not put feet on bars, no leaning on glass holders, No hanging out of windows, do not abuse the electrical system and no reckless
behavior.
Additional Policies
No alcohol will be stocked or permitted in vehicle with passengers under the age of 21
without a legal guardian (except proms, there is no alcohol permitted at all).
Proms
There will be an extra addendum that must be signed and understood by parents and all passengers.
This policy is for the safety of all young adults.
